摘    要:Since the year 1928, when Schilling andDinger first discovered eperythrozoon from ro-dent1], eperythrozoon has been spread all over theworld2~6]. Abstract:The comparison of the efficacy of arteanninum, allicinum, tetracyclinum, neoarsphenamine, penicillinum G, streplomycini sulfate, sulfadiazinum in dogs infected eperythrozoosis was studied. The result showed that the arteanninum, allicinum, tetracyclinum, and neoarsphenamine had obviously therapeutic effect in inhibiting and sterilizing eperythrozoon, while penicillinum G, streplomycini sulfas, sulfadiazinum did not. The curative rate of arteanninum, allicinum, tetracyclinum and neoarsphenamine were 100%, 90%, 80%, 80% respectively. The success of applying arteanninum and allicinum in the treatment of eperythrozoonos has provided a novel feasible way and a theoretical probability for exploring the precious legacy of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology. It is the new treating method avoiding toxicosis or side effect of tetracylinum and neparshenamine, and treating human eperythrozoonosis.
