摘    要:以YZ4105柴油机热负荷为研究对象,利用热电偶测温技术,测量了不同工况下YZ4105柴油机机体和冷却水的温度。在此基础上,利用Pro/E三维造型软件建立了机体和气缸套三维组合实体模型,确定了相应的热边界条件;利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS计算分析了机体和气缸套的温度场和热变形,并对机体的结构提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The thermal load of YZ4105 diesel engine was investigated,and the temperature fields of YZ4105 diesel engine cylinder block and cooling water were measured by using of the thermocouples.Based on the measurement results,the coupled model of the engine block and cylinder liner was established by the 3D software Pro/E,and the heat transfer boundary conditions were analyzed,the temperature field and thermal deform of the cylinder block were calculated by using of the Finite Element software ANSYS.As a result,this paper put forward some methods to optimize the structure parameter of the cylinder block.
