国外沥青路面纵向施工接缝技术的发展

摘    要:多车道沥青路面纵向接缝的裂缝和松散病害一直困扰着各国公路工作者,为此,文中主要介绍了国外8种不同的纵向接缝施工技术,以及尝试使用振荡压路机来处理纵向接缝。结果表明:使用橡胶改性沥青粘层处理的纵缝性能最好,没有明显裂缝,其次为切削盘。从热料车道距接缝152 mm处碾压和新泽西楔接两种方法处理的纵缝也有适当表现,且没有明显的裂缝出现。振荡压实对提高纵向接缝的密实度效果显著。

Abstract:The cracks and relax diseases of longitudinal joints of bituminous pavement with multi-lanes puzzle the highway working personal in every counties.Therefore,the paper mainly introduces 8 kinds of different construction technologies of longitudinal joints abroad as well as attempt to treating longitudinal joints by vibration road roller.The result shows that the longitudinal joints performance treated by rubber modified bituminous stick course is best without obvious cracks,the second is cutting wheel.The longitudinal joints treated by two methods i.e.rolling at 152mm from hot material lane to joints and New Jersey Wedge Joint have also a suitable expression without obvious cracks.The vibration compaction has obvious effect for improving the density of longitudinal joints.
