| 摘 要： | 为了使高校固定资产管理更高效科学,文章针对当前高校固定资产管理过程中存在的管理不到位、资源配置不合理、资产使用效率不高、固定资产管理人员文化素质较低等薄弱环节,提出四点建议:一是提高认识,转变观念;二是建章立制,强化管理;三是以人为本,健全网络;四是加强领导,规范程序。

| Abstract: | In order to make the fixed assets management in universities and colleges more efficient and scientific,in view of some existing problems in current fixed assets management in universities and colleges,such as maladministration,unreasonable resources allocation,inefficiency of assets utilization,low quality of managerial staff in financial department,and etc.,the paper puts forward the following foure suggestions,that is,to upgrade understanding and convert concept,to establish regulation and strengthen management,to advocate people-first and perfect the web,and to reinforce leadership and keep procedures standardized. |
