Based on enterprise benefit and staff future research

This article is elaborating the relationship between enterprise profits and staff's future.Proposed that each staff should completes duty on their own post,and should coordinates mutually with others.All the staffs should take general situation of the enterprise as the most important matter, and for the enterprise's strategic target, we must create profits effectively for enterprise, improves our own synthesis quality unceasingly, and construct harmonious enterprise together.
