港口生产能耗和排放计算问题研究

交通运输部制定的节能减排规划以港口生产单位吞吐量综合能耗和CO2排放作为港口节能减排指标,并将基准年设定在2005年.本文分析了港口能耗和排放计算中的问题,提出了相关建议,分析了2005年港口生产单位吞吐量综合能耗和CO2排放计算结果.

Study on Calculation of Port Handling Energy Consumption and Air Exhaust

The planning for energy saving and exhaust reduction constituted by the Ministry of Transport takes the comprehensive energy consumption in port handling in unit throughput and the CO2 exhaust as the target of port＇ s energy saving and exhaust reduction, and it uses the base year on 2005. In this paper, some problems on calculating the port han- dling energy consumption and exhaust are analyzed, the proposals concerned are presented, and also the calculating results to the comprehensive energy consumption in port handling in unit throughput and the CO2 exhaust in 2005 is analyzed.
