大型绞吸式挖泥船疏浚设备轴系设计关键技术研究

摘    要:绞吸式挖泥船疏浚设备轴系主要包括绞刀轴系和泥泵轴系,疏浚设备轴系设计是挖泥船设计的关键部分,设计质量好坏关系到疏浚工作的可靠性及使用寿命。国内外各大船级社尚未对疏浚设备轴系设计提出相关的规范性指导意见。进行轴系设计关键技术的研究并提出一般设计流程,以某大型绞吸式挖泥船疏浚设备轴系设计为例进行验证,结果表明,所提出的研究方法及流程可为疏浚设备轴系设计提供理论基础,具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Cutter-suction dredger shafting was made up by cutter shafting and pump shafting, Shafting design of dredging equipment is key part of the dredger design, the quality of shafting design is related to the reliability and service life of the dredging working. There was no shafting design guidance which was put forward by domestic and foreign classfication society. Therefore, this paper has carried on key technologies research and proposed the general design processes involved in the cutter-suction dredger shafting design processes. Take a large cutter-suction dredger dredging equipment shafting design as an example to study, results shows that the proposed research method and design processes can be a theoretical basis for the design of cutter-sucction deredger dredging shafting, which also has important guiding significance.
