摘    要:针对新造大型船舶无键螺旋桨液压安装过程中的油压控制问题,以某型集装箱船为研究对象,根据船级社规范对推入量和油压进行理论计算,并建立桨-轴无键联接的三维模型,运用ANSYS有限元法对推入量和油压进行仿真分析。通过理论值和仿真值的对比分析,结果表明,理论计算的推入量可以保证螺旋桨无键联接的可靠性;桨毂的等效应力大于桨轴的等效应力,接触边缘区域的应力存在奇异性。得到液压安装过程中的p-S(油压-推入量)曲线,提出一种无键螺旋桨液压安装方案,为无键螺旋桨液压安装控制系统的设计与研发提供理论依据。

Abstract:According to control problem of oil pressure in process of hydraulic fitting for keyless propeller of newly built large ship, the 1700TEU container ship is used as research object. Firstly, the theory calculation of push amount and oil pressure is according to the classification society. Secondly, the 3 D model of propeller-shaft keyless connection is established, and ANSYS finite element method is used to simulate. By the comparative analysis of theoretical value and simulation value, the results show that push amount of theory calculation can guarantee the reliability of propeller keyless connection. The equivalent stress of hub is larger than the equivalent stress of shaft with the stress singularity in the contact edge region. By obtaining the P-S(oil press-pushed amount) curve of propeller fitting process, a kind of scheme for keyless propeller hydraulic fitting is put forward, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of keyless propeller hydraulic fitting control system.
