德阳二重厂超深圆形基坑监测分析

摘    要:德阳二重厂淬火炉装置基础开挖深度为目前西南地区之冠,达37.4 m,施工难度大。针对该工程特点及施工技术难度,通过研究分析采用合理的支护结构形式,并制定严格的监测方案。通过对监测数据的分析来研究圆形支护结构体系的受力性状,分析支护结构自身状态及对周围环境的影响。结果表明,圆形支护结构是经济、合理的,不但保证了工程的顺利施工,且对周围环境影响小,为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:The foundation excavation depth of quenching furnace of Deyang No.2 Heavy Equipment Factory is the deepest in southwest region,reaching 37.4m,with large construction difficulty.According to the characteristics and technical difficulties of this project,reasonable supporting structure shall be adopted and strict monitoring program shall be established through analysis.Through analysis on monitoring data,the bearing capacity of circular supporting structure is studied and the influence of supporting structure on the ambient environment is analyzed.The result shows that circular supporting structure is economical and reasonable,which not only ensures successful construction but also has little influence on ambient environment,which provides reference for the similar engineering.
