铝合金气缸与活塞环摩擦副的应用研究

摘    要:小型汽油机缸套——活塞环摩擦副是发动机中非常重要的一对摩擦副,功能是防止燃气泄漏及过量润滑油进入燃烧室,任何一方过量磨损都影响发动机的性能和排放。在负荷和转速不高的汽油机上使用表面未经过强化的铝合金气缸,合理选取活塞环的材料和相关结构参数,既可满足使用要求,又能降低生产成本。

Abstract:The friction pair of small gasoline engine cylinder liner——piston ring is an important pair the function of which is to prevent gas leakage and the excessive lubricants from entering into the combustion chamber. Excessive wear of either of the two may affect the engine performance and emissions. The application of aluminium alloy cylinder (the surface of which is not intensified) at less load and lower speed, and a reasonable selection of materials and correlated parameters for the piston ring can meet the operation requirements and reduce cost as well.
