| 摘 要： | 基于对中国山区乡村公路现状的深入调查,总结探讨了这类公路的主要特点及目前存在的问题。从建设的基本原则、路面结构层选择、桥涵与排水边沟设计、配套设施设置等方面提出了设计对策;从加强施工培训和监督管理、确保工程质量等方面提出了施工对策;从建立健全管养机构、加强使用管理、发展管养工作市场化等方面提出了使用管养对策。
