| 摘 要： | 介绍了船舶运营决策支持系统的构建方法。与一般的营决策支持系统不同,它以最优资源分配模型、最优生产调度模型和最优运输模型组成模型库,通过预测子系统、优化子系统、经营状况模拟及分析子系统输出定性与定量相结合的综合求解方案,将企业已有的信息系统与管理决策控制紧密结合在一起,为提高船舶运行效率,降低运营成本提供科学手段。

The Ship Operating Decision Support System |

| Abstract: | This paper introducesthe construction method ofshipoperating decision support system(DSS). Different from general DSS, with optimum resource allocation model, optimum production scheduling model and optimum transportation model, it focus on the predicting subsystem, the optimizing subsystem, the simulation and analyzing subsystem for management status, and the model outputs the comprehensive (quantitative and qualitative) scheme; and then combines enterprise's existing information system and administrative decision togetherclosely. Thesystemoffersthescientificmeanstoimprovetheoperationalefficiencyofshipoperatingandreducestheoperationcost. |
