TBM施工风险与应对措施

摘    要:为更好地认识与规避TBM施工风险,从地质水文条件、TBM装备及TBM施工队伍3方面,全面分析总结引发TBM施工风险的各种因素,其中详细阐述影响TBM施工的地质因素,并对TBM施工装备和施工队伍提出相应要求。在此基础上,着重从不良地质及对策、TBM装备设计2个方面,提出规避各种风险的对应策略。最后,以台湾雪山隧道TBM工程为例,详细介绍和剖析其施工风险及应对措施,能够为类似工程TBM的设计、施工风险的分析与规避提供指导。

Abstract:he causes for the risks in tunneling by TBM are analyzed and summarized in terms of geological conditions, equipments and working teams. The geological factors are described in detail, and the requirements for equipments and working teams are proposed. Furthermore, countermeasures are proposed for the risks. In the end, the risks and coun termeasures of Hsuehshan tunnel are presented and analyzed. The paper can provide reference for TBM design, riskanalysis and risk prevention of similar projects in the future. 
