南京纬三路过江通道工程技术难点分析

摘    要:结合南京纬三路过江通道工程特点和地质条件,分析长距离穿越高渗透、高水压的砂卵石复合地层所面临的开挖面稳定性控制、泥浆成膜、刀盘刀具磨损严重、带压换刀等工程难题,并针对这些难题提出需要开展的高渗透性地层中泥膜的形成、盾构带压开舱方案、泥膜形成机制、高压下泥膜的稳定性和气密性等关键科研课题,为高水压和特长水下隧道的建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:The difficulties in shield boring through complex sandy cobble ground with high permeability and high water pressure, including stability control of excavation face, filter membrane forming, wearing of cutter head and cutting tools and replacing of cutting tools under hyperbaric conditions, are analyzed. As a result, the topics to be studied, such as filter membrane forming in ground with high permeability, filter membrane forming mechanisms, stability of filter membrane and air tightness under hyperbaric conditions and cutting tool replacing under hyperbaric conditions, are presented. The paper can provide reference for the construction of extra long river crossing tunnels under high water pressure.
