摘    要:为减少重庆地铁大龙山车站TBM中板过站可能存在的变形、失稳或倾覆等风险,施工中采取以下措施: 1) 加强中板结构; 2) 临时支撑加固中板结构; 3) 控制弧形导台质量; 4)加强信息化施工。最终,TBM顺利通过了大龙山车站中板,车站结构没有发生大的变形和破坏。由此可以说明,TBM中板过站方案是合理的。

Abstract:When TBM passes along the intermediate floor slab of Dalongshan station of Chongqing Metro, deformation, instability or failure may occur to the intermediate floor slab. As a result, countermeasures, including strengthening the structure of the intermediate floor slab, reinforcing the intermediate floor slab by temporary supports, controlling the quality of the arc shaped cradle and strengthening the information aided operation, are taken. In the end, the TBM passes along the intermediate floor slab successfully, inducing neither serious deformation nor damage to the station structure, which demonstrates that the TBM transferring program adopted is reasonable.
