大吨位抗震球形支座的有限元分析

摘    要:钱江四桥主跨安装的支座其承载能力大大超过了《球型支座的技术条件》规定的范围。对钱江四桥大吨位抗震球形支座进行了系统的有限元分析,通过静力计算、模态分析和动载分析,从中找出各部件的受力规律,从而保证了支座使用的可靠性。可以看出,主要部件的应力、应变都满足相关设计标准规定。

Abstract:The seismic isolation spherical bearing that used for the fourth Qianjiang bridge is the largest one in Asia with its bearing capacity greatly exceeding the scope which is specified under the "Technical Specifications for Spherical Bearing".This article studied on the large tonnage seismic isolation spherical bearing of the fourth Qianjiang bridge by finite element analysis through the static force calculation,modal analysis and dynamic analysis ,to find out the interaction pattern between the elements to guarante the reliability of the bearing.It is concluded that the stress and strain of the main members meet with the specification.
