水泥混凝土路面板底压浆技术探讨

摘    要:分析水泥混凝土路面破板起因,根据"防重于治"的原则,针对板块唧泥、脱空或沉陷,采用板底压浆、充实板底、均匀传递荷载等方法进行处理,可大大延长水泥混凝土路面的使用寿命,改善行车质量,降低养护成本,具有较好的社会经济效益和推广前景.

Abstract:Through analyzing the causes of cement concrete pavement slab damage, according to the principle of "prevention is more important than disposal", such methods as jacking mud at bot- tom of slab, tamping slab bottom and transferring load equably are used to dispose the diseases like slab pumping, cavity and settlement. The measures can prolong the service life of cement concrete pavement greatly, improve the traffic quality, and reduce the maintenance cost, which have good social and economic benefit as well as popularization prospect.
