摘    要:随着科学技术的进步,生产工艺的日臻完善,有形产品在物质形式方面难以体现差异.而服务已成为市场竞争的焦点。汽车企业竞争优势正向服务领域转移,我国汽车制造商应加快与国际接轨,在短期内力争迎头赶上。通过分析我国汽车服务体系的特点,并结合国外先进的经验,阐述了我国汽车企业如何建立和完善汽车服务体系。

Abstract:With the progress of scientific and technological,the production technology improving daily,the tangible prod-ucts are difficult to reflect the differences in the form of material,while service has become the focus of competition in the market.Advantages of automobile enterprises competitive being transferred to services,Chinese car manufacturers should catch up with the world in a short term,striving to catch up.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of auto-motive service system,combined with advanced foreign experience,the paper expounds how to establish a perfect auto-motive service system in Chinese automobile enterprises.
