汽车减振器液-固耦合动力学特性的分步间接耦合模拟分析

摘    要:阐述了基于有限元技术的减振器阀节流特性分步间接耦合求解方法的步骤,对间隙处油液压力分布模式进行了预估。以某一活塞伸张阀为例,探讨了其节流特性的分步间接耦合求解过程,并利用有限元方法求解出活塞伸张阀、活塞压缩阀和底阀压缩阀的压力差一流量特性。在此基础上利用阀的压力差一流量特性预测了减振器的阻力一速度特性,计算结果与减振器的直接测试结果基本一致。

Multi-step Indirect Coupling Simulation Analysis of the Liquid-Solid Coupling Dynamic Characteristics of Automotive Shock Absorbers
Abstract:Procedures of the FEM-based multi-step indirect coupling solving method for the restriction characteristics of the shock absorber valve are indicated.Oil pressure distribution mode at clearance is estimated.Taking a piston expanding valve as the example,the multi-step indirection coupling solving procedures of its restriction characteristics is discussed,and pressure difference vs.flow characteristics of piston expanding valve,piston compression valve and compression valve of the base valve are solved with the finite element method. Based on them,resistance-velocity characteristics of the shock absorber are pre-estimated with the pressure difference - flow characteristics.The calculation results is basically conformable to testing results.
