| 摘 要： | 简要分析影响防空导弹武器系统综合作战效能的主要因素，建立单舰防空导弹武器系统综合作战效能的指标体系，采用层次分析法（AHP法）与专家组决策法（Delphi法）相结合的方法确定各指标的权重，并且对各指标进行量化后规范化处理，给出分级的单舰防空导弹武器系统综合作战效能综合评估模型并举例进行定量分析和计算，是一种对单舰防空导弹武器系统综合作战效能评估的方便、实用、可行的方法。

| Abstract: | The article briefly analyses the main factors affecting the comprehensive effectiveness of the air defense missile weapon system,establishing a single warship index sign system of the comprehensive combat effectiveness of the air defense missile weapon system,uses the AHP method and the Delphi method to determine the weight of every index,and standardizes the indexes after quantifying them,gives the classified comprehensive evaluation model of the air defense missile weapon system of a single warship and an example for the quantitative analysis and calculation.The method is a facilitative,practical and workable solution to evaluate the comprehensive effectiveness of the air defense missile weapon system of a single warship. |
