基于DSP的PID温度控制系统

摘    要:在科学实验、工业生产、家庭生活等各个领域,温度控制得到了广泛的应用,但是一般的温度控制系统有超调量大,响应时间长等不足,为此研究以TMS320C549为平台实现PID控制算法在温度控制系统的应用,提出PID算法时间最优化与PID参数寻优处理的方法,给出基于DSP实现的温度控制系统。经实验验证,系统达到响应快,无超调量的目的。

Abstract:Temperature control system has been widely applied in science experiment, industry production , common life and so on. However usually temperature control system has large overshoot and adversely long response time.So in this paper chooses TMS320C549 to apply PID into one temperature control system. This system is based on DSP and makes PID as its core. What's more, we developed PID algorithm by time-optimizing and parameter-optimizing. Experiment validated, this system has much shorter response time and no overshoot.
