基于ANSYS的艉轴密封环性能分析研究

摘    要:为解决在高参数场合下,艉轴密封的密封端面产生力变形,热变形,造成密封失效问题,基于ANSYS软件平台,综合国内外在艉轴密封性能理论研究的新成果,对艉轴密封环建立热-结构耦合稳态的计算艉轴密封性能的有限元模型,并进行了密封性能研究.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the seal face results in deformation and heat distortion,causing in seal failure at high parameters occasions,the systematic finite element model of analyzing sealing performance from stable state had been set up in Ansys.Combined with the theory research achievements,the mechanical sealing performance of the stern shaft seal was investigated.
