| Abstract: | The importance of the sold service process subsystem in process digitalization system(PDS) for product in full-lifecycle is explained. The model of the sale service process subsystem is proposed, and some problems of process and its management about the usage and service of the product, diagnosing of failure, disassembling and assembling, maintaining, wasting and recycling are discussed. |
