| 摘 要： | Diethylstilbestrol (E)-4,4' -(1,2-diethyl-1,2-ethenediyl) bis phenol] (DES), one of thecheapest synthetic estrogens to produce, is highlyactive and used for the treatment of prostate can-cer. The formulation of DES contains two hydrox-yl groups in the phenol-ring and the molecularstructure is as follows: DES belongs to non-steroidal estrogens and itsbiochemical functions are mainly manifested bystimulating synthetic metabolism.
