摘 要: | 为检验新型直流断路器接触电阻是否处于合理范围,应用有限元软件ANSYS对触头应力进行仿真。总结一些实体建模和网格划分技巧,结合接触电阻的经验估算和试验数据,验证在重点考虑接触电阻影响时触头设计的合理性。

Abstract: | In order to check whether the contact resistance of the new type of DC circuit breaker is in proper dimension,the stress distribution of the contactor was simulated by using finite element software Ansys.Some techniques to modeling and meshing the entities were summarized.Comparing the experiential estimation with experimental data of the contact resistance,the design rationality of contactor concerning mainly on the influence of the contact resistance was proven. |
