一种高压泵流量控制装置的仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了一种用于柴油机共轨系统的新型高压泵流量控制装置,并建立了数学模型,利用AVL公司的液力系统仿真软件Hydsim和Matlab仿真软件Simulink联合建立了高压共轨系统的仿真模型,制定了共轨腔压力闭环控制策略,分析了单向阀结构对共轨压力波动特性的影响。

Abstract:A new-typed flow control device for the high pressure pump of diesel common rail system was introduced,and its mathematical model was also established.The simulation model of common rail system was built with hydraulic system Hydsim software,which belonged to AVL company,and Matlab/Simulink software,the closed-loop control strategy for rail pressure was made,and the influence of check valve structure on the fluctuation of rail pressure was analyzed.
