| Abstract: | Aiming at the increasingly high frequency of accidents involving fishing vessels in Chinese coastal areas,the paper illustrates the general analytical method to deal with the fishing vessel accident,analyzes the inconformity of the regulatory clauses to the current situation of Chinese fishing vessels,and presents the countermeasures that the regulatory clauses should contribute to lower the frequency of fishing vessels' accidents. |
