干式气缸套机体气缸加强筋的有限元分析

摘    要:应用Pro/E三维造型软件和HyperMesh有限元软件,建立了某柴油机组件的实体模型和有限元网格模型,并用Ansys对该柴油机机体进行有限元分析。以气缸套的变形和机体的缸套止口平面的变形作为评价指标,用统计的方法讨论了机体气缸加强筋的效果,发现该机体有气缸加强筋时,气缸套以及机体的缸套止口变形大,影响发动机密封性能,使机械效率下降,不利于排放,从而为该柴油机机体的改进设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The 3D solid model and the finite element model for assembly parts of diesel engine were created by Pro/E and HyperMesh software, and the FEA of engine block was carried out with ANSYS software. With statistical methods,the effects of stiffening rib for engine block of cylinder sleeve were discussed by evaluating the distortion of cylinder liner and unevenness of cylinder sleeve top edge. It was found that the distortions of cylinder liner and cylinder sleeve top edge were worse with stiffening rib, and the distortions affected the sealing performance of engine, reduced mechanical efficiency, and made emissions worsen. Accordingly, the results can be used as reference for the design and improvement of engine block.
