盾构隧道拱顶背后空洞引起管片裂损机理研究

摘    要:同步注浆不均则衬砌管片背后易形成不密实或者空洞,导致管片变形、裂损和掉块。针对这一问题,依托一地铁盾构隧道建立三维地层结构模型,采用扩展有限元法对拱顶背后空洞引起混凝土管片裂纹的应变及变形特性进行探究。研究结果表明:拱顶背后空洞范围对管片裂纹的分布位置、扩展方向、最终裂纹形状都有很大影响,管片最大位移出现在拱顶背后空洞范围的中心,且随着空洞范围的增大而增大。

Abstract:Uneven synchronous grouting will easily lead to non-compactness or cavity behind the lining segment,resulting in segment deformation,crack and block falling.To solve this problem,based on a subway shield tunnel,a three-dimensional stratum structure model was established,and the strain and deformation characteristics of concrete segment cracks formed by cavities behind the vault were explored by using extended finite element method.The results show that the range of cavity behind the vault has a great influence on the distribution position,propagation direction and final crack shape of segment cracks.The maximum displacement of segment appears at the center of the vault range behind the vault,and increases with the increase of the cavity range.
