摘    要:对朔黄铁路弹条Ⅱ型扣件使用现状进行现场调研,发现弹条Ⅱ型扣件主要存在轨下垫板压溃或窜动,轨枕承轨槽磨损、弹条松弛、轨距挡板磨耗较大、挡板座压溃或断裂等问题.在保持既有Ⅲ型轨枕不更换的前提下对弹条Ⅱ型扣件主要部件进行强化设计,研制出SH-J型扣件.经过现场试铺、轨道结构动力性能测试和长期跟踪观测,SH-J型扣件各项测试数...

Abstract:Based on the field investigation of the use status of typeⅡfastening system in Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway,it is found that the typeⅡfastening system mainly have problems such as the crushing or movement of rail pad,the wear of sleeper rail bearing groove,the relaxation of clip,the large wear of gauge apron,the crushing or fracture of apron block and so on.On the premise that the existing typeⅢsleepers are not replaced,the main components of typeⅡfastening system are strengthened and designed,and SH-J fastening system are developed.After on-site trial paving,track structure dynamic performance test and long-term tracking observation,all test data of SH-J fastening system are less than the limit value and have a certain safety reserve.The deflection decrease rate of clip W3 of SH-J fastening system is less than that of clipⅡof typeⅡfastening system.The static stiffness change rate of rail pad of SH-J fastening system is less than that of typeⅡfastening system rubber pad,which can reduce the workload of maintenance.
