经济型数控机床内含可编程控制器的研究

本文介绍了HAINS数控系统内含PLC的研制特点;1由于HAIN系统以工业PC机为核心。利用其丰富的软、硬件支持实现了全屏幕梯形图编辑、修改和调试的功能。2CNC系统与PLC共用一个CPU,因而只需增加少量的电路就构成了PLC的硬件。3采用编译运行用户PLC应用程序方式代替传统的解释运行方式,加快了用户PLC应用程序的运行速度,增强了内含PLC能力,能够方便而灵活地实现一般数控机床逻辑控制的各种要求。

Study on PLC in Economical CNC System

The PLC in HAINS CNC system is presented in this paper ,it's leading features are as follow:1.Since HAINS CNC system is based on Industry Personal Computer,the all screen editorial modified an debugging functions of ladder logic format are achieved by using of a wealth of hardware and software resources of Personal Computer.2.As the PLC shares CPU with CNC,adding little elements the PLC all hardware components are arthitectured.3.It reduces the time running user' s program on the PLC and enhances PLC' s performance that the PLC runs user' s program by compilatory mode instead of traditional interpretive mode.It can accomplish various logic control functions of CNC machine tool easily and flexibly.
