内燃机扭振谐值的计算研究

本文讨论了内燃机扭振激励谐值与离散付里叶变换的关系。建立了包括内燃机气缸内工作过程数值计算和动力学计算在内计算激励谐值的数学模型。利用该模型分析计算了示功图测试和缸内模拟计算各种因素对计算激励谐值的影响。本文给出了单缸内燃机扭振激励谐值的计算结果,并计算分析了多缸内燃机倒翻激振扭矩的激励谐值,为车用内燃机悬置系统和高性能轿车用内蜕面辅助平衡机构设计提供了激振数据。

The Computation and Analysis of Torsional Vibration Excitation Harmonics in IC Engine

The relational expression between torsional vibration excitation harmonics and discret Fourier transform is given in this paper. A mathematical model which includes engine cycle simulation and dynamic calculation is developed for computation of excitation harmonics. The effects of various factors on excitation harmonics is analysed. The calculating results of torsional excitation harmonics are given. Meanwhile , author completes the computation of reverse torque excitation harmonics for design of added balance structure and elastic vibration isolation mounting systems for IC engine.
