摘    要:通过采用高温煅烧菱镁矿制备活性氧化镁,利用柠檬酸法测定其活性,采用XRD及SEM技术分析了原料配比对镁水泥微观结构和形貌的影响.结果表明,MgO煅烧温度为800℃时活性最好;镁水泥结构随着MgO含量增加变得更加致密,且原料配比为M5.5/H12时致密性最好;镁水泥结构随着水含量的增加而变得疏松,原料配比为M4.5/H15时结构最差;原料配比为M6.5/H12时,MgO煅烧温度对的镁水泥结构影响不大,原料配比为M4.5/H12时,MgO煅烧温度为850℃时镁水泥致密性最好.

Abstract:Active magnesia were prepared by calcining magnesite, and the relationship between the activity of magnesia and the calcining temperature were investigated by citric acid method. The effect of ratio of raw mate- rials on microstructure and morphology of the magnesium oxychloride cement is analyzed by combined XRD and SEM techniques. The results show that when the calcination temperature is $00~G, the MgO has the best activity. With increasing MgO content, the magnesia becomes more dense, and the ratio of raw materials is MS. 5/H12, with the best density. With increasing water content, the magnesia become loose, and its structure become the worst when the ratio of raw materials is M4.5/H15. The MgO calcination temperature has little effect on the magnesia when the ratio of the raw materials ratio of M4.5/H12 at raw materials is M6.5/H12, and the calcination temperature of 850℃. densest magnesia is obtained with
