摘    要:以高速列车电机吊挂弹簧为研究对象,为了准确分析弹簧的应力状态及疲劳强度,通过建立电机吊挂弹簧的有限元模型,针对吊挂弹簧的结构特点和受力特性,在弹簧内圈各部件之间建立多层接触对,并采用Mooney-Rivilin单元模拟橡胶的变形,对吊挂弹簧进行强度分析,并基于材料Goodman疲劳曲线图,编写后处理程序对弹簧疲劳强度进行评定.结果表明:该电机吊挂弹簧满足静强度和疲劳强度要求,文中接触对建立和橡胶单元类型及材料参数选择是正确可行的.

Abstract:Taking a motor suspension spring as research object, a finite model of the spring was established with the finite analysis software in order to analyze the stress distribution and fatigue strength. Aiming at the struc- tural characteristic and mechanical performance of suspension spring, the strength of the spring was analyzed by setting up contact relationship between parts of the spring and simulating the deformation of rubber with Moo- ney-Rivilin unit. The fatigue strength analysis of spring based on Goodman figure was made through postpro- cessor as well. The results indicate that the static strength and the fatigue strength of the motor suspension spring can meet the design requirement.
