摘    要:介绍了多起发电车油箱吊梁裂损故障,根据裂纹原因和有限元强度计算提出了油箱吊梁补强方案。为进一步验证计算结果,对原结构和补强结构进行了实车动应力测试,并进行了疲劳强度评估。

Abstract:Several troubles of cracking in the hanging sills for oil tanks on generator cars are described. According to causes to cracking and the finite element strength calculation, the reinforcement scheme of the hanging sills for oil tanks is put forward. In order to further demonstrate the calculation result, the real-car dynamic stress testing is made on the original structure and reinforcement structure, and the evaluation of the fatigue strength is carried out.
