摘    要:由于船舶合拢管传统取样工艺落后,造成了合拢管制造精度低,耗时长,材料浪费严重等问题。对此,介绍了一种船舶合拢管现场快速取样的方法,建立了数学模型,并基于VC 与OpenGL实现了合拢管模型的可视化,帮助加工人员迅速完成合拢管的设计,能有效提高合拢管的制造速度和精度。

Abstract:Due to the background traditional inserting pipe sampling process, there is a problem of low accuracy, time-consuming, material waste in the manufacturing of inserting pipe in shipbuilding. A method of fast field sampling inserting pipe in shipbuilding is introduced. The mathematical model of inserting pipe is established and visualized based on VC and OpenGL. It helps the worker complete the design of inserting pipe quickly and improves the manufacturing speed and accuracy.
