摘 要: | 本文针对深水半潜式起重铺管船上的J型塔进行结构设计,并阐述了塔架总体强度分析方法。利用有限元软件建立J型塔结构模型,对其进行校核分析,分析内容包括J型塔在处于内倾20°、直立、外倾20°位置规定工况下的总体强度。结果表明,所设计的J型塔在各工况下均满足相关要求。

Abstract: | The paper carries out the structural design of J-Lay tower on semi-submersible lifting and pipe laying vessel, and expounds the overall strength analysis method of tower. The structural model of J-Lay tower is established by using finite element software, and is conducted check analysis, the content of analysis including the overall strength of the specified working conditions that J-Lay tower is at introversion 20°, upright, extraversion 20° position. The results show that the designed J-Lay tower meets the relevant requirements in all working conditions. |
