汽油机电控单元的电磁兼容性设计

摘    要:介绍了设计研制以摩托罗拉 6 8K系列芯片为控制单元的 32位电控单元 ,为今后控制功能的完善和控制性能的提高搭建了硬件平台。设计过程中引入了电磁兼容性 (EMC)的设计 ,采用了包括元器件布局原则和布线策略设计、地线设计、屏蔽和隔离、去耦及滤波等许多技术措施来提高系统的电磁兼容性 ,优化电控单元的设计。

Abstract:Introduced a 32-bit ECU using Motorola 68K series MCU has being designed, which means hardware platform featuring high speed and high proficiency is built up. Electromagnetic compatibility concept, including component placing and routing, grounding, shielding, decoupling, filtering and so on is brought in during the whole design process. The aim is to promote the performance of the ECU.
