摘    要:在进行船舶管系平台校管时,计算错误或工艺错误会导致后期返工。针对此类问题,采用虚拟仿真技术对校管装配作业工艺进行虚拟装配可行性验证。采用有限元网格划分算法求出合理的工艺路径,并采用碰撞检测技术进行模型干涉检查。结果表明,该方法可提前发现校管过程中的问题,提高工作效率。

Abstract:During the platform pipe calibration of ship piping, the calculation errors or process errors lead to the later rework. In view of such problems, the virtual simulation technology is used to verify the feasibility of virtual assembly of pipe calibration assembly operation process. The finite element meshing algorithm is used to find a reasonable process path, and the collision detection technology is used to make the model interference check. The results show that the method can find the problems during pipe calibration in advance and improve the work efficiency.
