| 摘 要： | 我国每年公路工程的建设量都很大,概预算文件的编制是工程进行招投标,对工程进行造价控制的基础。该文从采集基础数据、确定施工方案、运用定额、计价和造价分析等方面就提高公路工程概预算的质量提出了几个观点。

| Abstract: | The construction quantity of highway engineering is very large every year in China. The preparation of the budgetary estimate and budget is the basis to carry out the engineering bidding and tendering,and to control the engineering construction cost. The article puts forward several viewpoints to enhance the budgetary estimate and budget quality from the aspects of collecting the basic data,determining the construction scheme,applying the quota,pricing and analyzing the construction cost. |
