摘    要:以上海某国有大中型建筑企业为范本,阐述了人才流失的情况,分析了人才流失的成因。从10个方面提出了寻求解决的对策和方法,以此把优秀的人才留住。

Abstract:Tuking some large-middle type of the state-owned co ns tructive enterpsise as example, this paper states the situation of the lost of t he qualified persons, analyses the reason. Then it puts forwasd the countermeasu res from 10 fields, so as to keep the outstanding qualified persons.
