新时期高职产教融合协同体系的构建

高职院校产教融合是对产业和职业教育关系的深度优化调整,尽管产教融合战略在我国早已开始实施,也有不少人专门研究了产教融合的内涵及实施路径等,但是目前仍然没有形成一种切实可行的人才培养模式,两者之间并没有形成实质性的融合。主要原因在于产教融合多元主体的协同关系没有处理好。随着《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》的颁布,产教融合已经上升为国家教育改革的基本制度和重要的战略部署,在新时期构建高职产教融合协同体系更加必要和迫切,将有助于进一步推动职业教育改革,有助于实现高职院校培养适应社会发展的高素质技能型人才的培养目标。

The Construction of the Coordination System of the Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era

The integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is a deep optimization and adjustment of the relationship between industry and vocational education.Although the integration strategy of industry and education has long been implemented in China,there are also many people who have studied the connotation and implementation path of the integration of industry and education.There is still no practical talent training model and no substantial integration between the two.We think the main reason is that the collaborative relationship of the integration between industry and education is not well handled.With the promulgation of several opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education,the integration of industry and education has become the basic system and important strategic deployment of national education reform.In the new era,it is more necessary and urgent to build the integration and coordination system of higher vocational education.
