自控阀室绝缘接头失效检测方法分析

摘    要:文中结合实际案例,介绍了uDL2电位法、地电位法、绝缘接头测试仪法、PCM漏电率法和电流环法在绝缘接头绝缘性能评价中的应用。结果表明:综合应用5种测试方法,可实现对绝缘接头绝缘性能的定量评价。电流环测试法可直观检测出绝缘接头两侧的管中电流大小及方向,测试结果可靠性最高。

Abstract:Combined with practical case,the applicability of the uDL2 potential method,ground potential method,insula tion joint tester method,PCM leakage rate method and current loop method were studied in the evaluation of the insulation per formance of insulated joint.The results show that the quantitative evaluation of the insulation performance of insulated joints can be realized by comprehensive application of the five methods.The current loop test method can directly detect the magnitude and direction of the current in the pipe on both sides of the insulation joint,and the test result is the most reliable.
