铺装超薄磨耗层的钢桥面与沥青路面表层温度对比研究

摘    要:为研究铺装超薄磨耗层的钢桥面与沥青路面表层温度变化情况,采用预埋传感器的方式进行超薄磨耗层表层温度实测。基于实测温度数据,进行超薄磨耗层表面和底部温度及温度变化速率随时间的演变规律对比分析,并分为升温和降温两个阶段进行了路面温度与大气温度的相关关系分析。研究表明:钢桥面与沥青路面超薄磨耗层表面及底部温度随大气温度呈现周期性的变化,但钢桥面超薄磨耗层表面出现最高温度的时刻有所延迟,且其最高温度值相对较小;超薄磨耗层表面及底部温度与大气温度均呈现先下降、后上升、再下降的趋势,升温速率大于降温速率。为便于开展分析计算,升温阶段建议采用二项式函数模型进行超薄磨耗层表面温度与大气温度关系拟合,采用直线模型进行底部温度与大气温度关系拟合,降温阶段采用直线模型进行超薄磨耗层表面及底部温度与大气温度关系拟合。

Abstract:In order to study the surface temperature variation of steel bridge deck and asphalt pavement with ultra-thin wear layer,the embedded sensors have been used to measure the surface temperature of ultra-thin wear layer.Being based on the measured temperature data,the evolution law of temperature and temperature change rate on the surface and the bottom of the ultra-thin wear layer with time have been studied,the correlation between pavement temperature and atmosphere temperature has been studied in two stages:heating and cooling.The results have shown that the surface and bottom temperature of the ultra-thin wear course of steel bridge deck and asphalt pavement changes periodically with the air temperature,but the time when the highest temperature appears on the surface of the ultra-thin wear course of steel bridge deck is delayed,and its maximum temperature value is relatively small;the surface and bottom temperature of the ultra-thin wear layer and the atmospheric temperature all present the trend of first descending,then ascending,then descending,the heating rate is larger than the cooling rate;It is suggested that the binomial function model could be used to fit the relationship between the surface temperature of the ultra-thin wear layer and the atmospheric temperature,and the linear model could be used to fit the relationship between the bottom temperature and the atmospheric temperature,in the cooling stage,the LINEAR MODEL could be used to fit the relationship between the surface and bottom temperature of the ultra-thin wear layer and the atmospheric temperature.
