铝合金车体零部件加工变形分析及其解决方案

摘    要:为降低轨道交通车辆铝合金车体结构及零部件在加工过程中的变形缺陷,对其变形情况及产生原因进行了分析,提出了自动寻边法、工装保证法、试切法及加工余量法等4种变形缺陷解决方案。以底架边梁门框和侧墙门框的加工为例,对4种解决方案进行了实例对比分析。结果显示,所提的4种方案分别适用于不同的结构及零部件加工过程。

Abstract:To reduce the deformation defects of rail transit aluminum alloy car-body structure and car-body parts during processing, the deformation mechanism and causes are analyzed. At the same time, 4 solutions for different deformations including automatic edge finding method,tooling guarantee method,trial cutting method and machining allowance method are proposed,which are compared and analyzed based on the actual processing of the underframe beam and the side wall window frame. The results show that the proposed 4 solutions are suitable for different vehicle structures and parts processing respectively.
