摘    要:沥青质量是决定高速公路路面质量的重要因素之一,在广东地区基质沥青主要应用于高速公路下面层,SBS改性沥青主要应用于中、上面层。利用沥青指纹识别快速检测技术,可以在施工现场对基质沥青的纯度和SBS改性沥青改性剂的含量进行有效控制。工程现场常用的SBS含量检测方法主要为红外光谱法,系统梳理了近年来红外光谱技术在SBS改性沥青改性剂含量测定方面的研究进展,并结合沥青指纹识别快速检测技术,在某高速公路建设过程中对基质沥青的纯度、SBS改性沥青改性剂的含量进行了测定分析。

Abstract:Asphalt quality is one of the important factors determining the quality of highway pavement.In Guangdong,matrix asphalt has been mainly used in the lower layer of highway,SBS modified asphalt has been mainly used in the middle and upper layers.Using asphalt fingerprint recognition rapid detection technology,effectively control the purity of matrix asphalt and the content of SBS modified asphalt modifier at the construction site.At present,the commonly used SBS content detection methods at engineering sites have been mainly infrared spectroscopy.In this paper,the research progress of infrared spectroscopy technology in the determination of SBS modified asphalt modifier content in recent years has been systematically reviewed,and being combined with the asphalt fingerprint recognition developed by our company to quickly identify Detection technology,during the construction of a highway,the purity of matrix asphalt and the content of SBS modified asphalt modifier have been measured and analyzed,which could provide reference for highway asphalt quality control.
