大跨径连续箱梁挂篮悬臂施工安全与质量控制

挂篮施工是大跨度变截面连续箱梁悬臂现浇的常规施工工法。针对挂篮施工安全和质量控制,相关的施工技术规范及地方条例等已提出了较多且较高的要求,但挂篮施工还是屡有发生安全事故,其外观线型控制也不甚理想。围绕挂篮施工全流程进行分析,总结确保挂篮施工安全的要点,期望能为工程建设参建单位的施工管理人员提供参考。

Safety and Quality Control of Balanced Cantilevering Construction with Travelling Carriage for Long Span Continuous Box Girder

Travelling carriage construction is a kind of conventional construction method of balanced cantilevering for cast-in-place continuous box girder with large span and variable section.For safety and quality control of travelling carriage construction,more and higher requirements have been set in the relevant construction technical specifications and local regulations,but now and then,safety accidents of travelling carriage construction take place,and its appearance linear control is not ideal.In this paper,the whole process of travelling carriage construction has been analyzed and the key points to ensure the safety of travelling carriage construction have been summed up,which could provide reference for the construction management personnel of the relevant parties in the project construction.
