粤港澳大湾区背景下高职会展专业核心课程体系研究

粤港澳大湾区会展业拥有优良的产业基础和天然的区位优势,这对该地区会展人才培养提出了更高的要求,然而大湾区内高职院校会展策划与管理专业课程体系建设不完善,存在理论和实操脱节等问题。因此本研究利用内容分析法,结合会展业人才的岗位要求,构建了"五位一体"核心能力模型,确定会展策划与管理专业核心能力指标,通过逆向设计构建"五位一体"核心能力的课程体系,从而推进高职院校会展专业课程体系建设,为会展人才培养提供理论基础。

Research on the Core Curriculum System of Exhibition Planning and Management Major in Higher Vocational Education in the GBA

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)has excellent industrial foundation and natural geographical advantages,and also requires higher quality of the talent of the exhibition industry.However,the curriculum system of exhibition planning and management major in higher vocational colleges in the GBA is incomplete,especially in the disconnection between the core skills learned in school and the actual social operation.In view of this,this research used content analysis and built the“five-in-one”core competence model,and then determine the core competence indicators of exhibition planning and management and built the“five-in-one”core curriculum system.Finally,this research also hopes to promote the construction of the curriculum system of exhibition planning and management and provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of exhibition talents.
