新旧混融沥青中再生剂与温拌剂的相互作用

摘    要:为深入了解新旧混融沥青中再生剂与温拌剂之间的相互影响,通过在两种比例的新旧混融沥青中单独和同时掺入一种再生剂及温拌剂,借助沥青的针入度试验、软化点实验、延度试验和135℃的动力黏度试验,对再生剂与温拌剂间的相互作用进行了研究。试验结果表明:单独作用下,FBK再生剂和Evotherm3G温拌剂均降低了新旧混融沥青的软化点和135℃的动力黏度,而在协同作用下发现,5%的再生剂与0.6%温拌剂搭配下的混融沥青性能更好。

Abstract:In order to further study the interaction between recycling agent and warm mixing agent in new-old asphalt mixture,a recycling agent and a warm mixing agent have been separately and simultaneously mixed in two proportions of new-old asphalt mixture,with the help of asphalt penetration test,softening point test,ductility test and 135℃dynamic viscosity test,studies on the interaction between recycling agent and warm mixing agent have been conducted.The test results have shown that:FBK recycling agent and Evotherm3G warm mixing agent could reduce the softening point and dynamic viscosity of 135℃of new-old asphalt mixture under separate action,and it has been found that 5%recycling agent and 0.6%warm mixing agent could obtain better performance of new-old asphalt mixture.
