基于认知负荷视角的微视频创作探析

摘    要:信息化教学模式兴起、微视频日益成为重要的学习资源。微视频"短、小、精"的特点,对教学微视频的创作提出了更高的要求。认知负荷理论在个体的认知规律、认知信息量的优化控制等方面,为微视频创作提供了理论指导,研究从教学设计、学习者特征分析、各类认知负荷的相互关系及优化控制等方面,提供了教学微视频创作的策略。

Abstract:With the development of information-based teaching mode,micro video has increasingly become an important learning resource.The"short,small and precise"characteristics of micro-videos put forward higher requirements for the creation of teaching micro-videos.Cognitive load theory provides theoretical guidance for micro video creation in terms of individual cognition laws and optimization control of cognitive information volume.The research provides instructional micro video creation strategies from the aspects of instructional design,learner feature analysis,the relationship among various types of cognitive loads,and optimal control.
